Full-spectrum maintenance for multi-unit properties: electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, wall and fixture work, grounds. Direct resident interaction and resolution. Responsible for both immediate fixes and long-term stability.
Managed and repaired all site equipment and systems in a constant-use environment. Preventative maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, and general facility repair. Trained others. Enforced standards under pressure.

Supported high-volume hosting environments (shared, VPS, dedicated). Resolved DNS failures, Apache/MySQL issues, email deliverability problems, compromised accounts, and performance bottlenecks. Worked directly in the data center: racked servers, replaced hardware, and brought dead machines back up without drama.
Built and led small teams in technical and non-technical roles. Scheduling, delegating, onboarding, coaching, and customer escalation. I am usually the “make it normal again” person when things tilt.
Residential construction and remodel work: framing, drywall, siding, roofing patches, rough-in plumbing, minor electrical, paint/finish, window and door install, basement build-outs.
